Zoltán Bene's novel Söténd is published for the 96th Holiday Book Week. Balázs Reke talks about the novel with the author. "It is an imaginary settlement somewhere in the mid-European, closer to the Hungarian countryside. It is a small town of great village, dark in both physical and metaphysical terms. While it is driving its streets at noon, one can have the impression that even the sun doesn't shine on it. It's not true, but the feeling can lie in anyone who visits it. Dark is a black hole. It is not unique in this regard, there is no doubt, as there are many places to experience the phenomenon of absorption, but as concentrated as it is in Darken, only in certain quarters of metropolises, we can see this ability anywhere else."
